About Blue Sand Rentals

We’re a small, hands-on team that buys, renovates, and resells condos and single-family homes across Los Angeles. We know these neighborhoods block by block and bring deep, practical market knowledge to every deal. Our principals are all hands-on and bring 40+ years of combined real estate experience. Because we manage everything in-house—acquisitions, design, construction, and resale—we move efficiently, keep standards high, and maintain clear accountability from start to finish. Our typical project turnaround is 3–4 months.
